Government Incentives. We assist industries unlock benefits such as Capital Subsidy,
Interest Subsidy, SGST Reimbursement, Electricity Duty Exemption, and more.
We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our growing team as GST Claim Officer.
This role focuses on preparing and managing subsidy claim processes, documentation,
and ensuring compliance with the policies and guidelines of the Industries Department
of Gujarat, particularly for businesses in the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities
• SGST Reimbursement Claims Management
o Handle end-to-end preparation and submission of SGST reimbursement
claims.
o Collect, verify, and prepare required documentation as per policy
guidelines.
o Ensure timely filing of claims and maintain proper compliance records.
• Client Communication & Coordination
o Interact with clients to collect data and resolve queries related to claims.
o Provide regular updates on claim status and application progress.

Requirements - Qualifications & Experience
• Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or
Inter CA.
• 1–3 years of experience in GST & Accounting, preferably in the manufacturing
sector or with a CA firm. (Freshers with strong academic backgrounds are also
encouraged to apply.)
• Strong knowledge of GST regulations and compliance.

Skills
• Expertise in GST return preparation & filing.
• Sound knowledge of basic accounting fundamentals.
• Excellent skills in documentation, drafting, and report preparation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multi-task efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and working knowledge of Tally Prime.
