Job Description:

Job Title: Loan Processor / Administrative Officer 

Location: Commerce Six Road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Work from Office)

assistant and administrative support to overseas businesses in the financial and professional services 

sectors. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Loan Processor / Administrative Officer to join our 

growing team and provide back-office support for loan processing and general administrative functions

Key Responsibilities 

Perform loan documentation review, data entry, verification, and filing on CRM and loan processing 

platforms

Maintain comprehensive and accurate electronic records and ensure data quality across systems

  • Provide administrative assistance including drafting and editing emails and preparing 

communications on behalf of executives

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, organize meetings, and handle related 

logistics

Coordinate with clients, lenders, and other team members to follow up on pending documents or 

updates

Review and upload supporting documents to ensure compliance with internal standards

  • Prepare summaries, reports, and correspondence as required

File and retrieve documents and reference materials efficiently

Support daily office operations and contribute to process improvements. 

Skills and Qualifications 

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent

1-2 years of experience in loan processing, financial services, or administrative support

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

High attention to detail and accuracy in data verification and documentation

Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills

Proactive attitude with the ability to take direction and meet tight deadlines

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CRM systems preferred. 

Problem-solving ability and good decision-making skills

Job Details 

  • Job Type: Full-time (On-site) 

Salary: based on interview

Schedule

Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM 

  • Commute: Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
