Job Description:
Position : Senior Business Development Manager/Vice President
Location: Borivali, Mumbai
Experience: 3 years to 10 Years (Preferred experience in Bank/NBFC/Financial Advisory Firm with focus on Debt Syndication)
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and acquire new clients in the Real Estate sector i.e Builders/Developers & Small to Medium Size Corporates.
• Lead end-to-end debt syndication processes, ensuring timely closure of transactions.
• Negotiate effectively with clients and bankers to structure and finalize deals within defined timelines.
• Proactively manage and resolve challenges arising during deal execution and closure.
• Prepare and handle MIS reports, Cash Flow statements, CMA data, and related financial documentation.
• Cross-sell additional financial products and advisory services to existing clients to enhance relationship value.
Desired Skills:
• Strong networking and relationship management skills within Real Estate & Banking sectors.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Sound understanding of project finance, structured finance, and debt products.
• Analytical mindset with attention to financial details.
• Ability to work independently and deliver under tight deadlines.
